Most of our titles are designed for children aged 0 to 8. Each product page lists a recommended age range so you can pick the perfect match. We also offer board-book editions for babies and toddlers.

Yes. Digital gift cards are available in denominations from $25 to $200 and are delivered instantly by email. The recipient can redeem the full balance across books, stickers and t-shirts.

Absolutely. Most of our story titles support up to three children and one optional grown-up. Look for the "Multi-character" badge on the product page to see which stories accept multiple heroes.

Pick a product, click Personalise, upload your photo and fill in your child's name and details. Preview your creation, add it to the cart and complete checkout. Most orders move into production within a few hours.

You can request changes within 2 hours of placing an order by contacting our support team. After that window the order enters production and cannot be modified, but in most cases we can still update the shipping address.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed through an encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateway.

Yes. A confirmation email is sent immediately after checkout with your order number and a summary of items. You'll receive a second email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Upload a clear, high-resolution photo where your child's face is well-lit and centred. Avoid sunglasses, hats that cover the forehead, or heavy shadows. JPG and PNG formats are supported, with a minimum size of 800x800 pixels recommended.

Yes. After uploading the photo and entering your child's details you can flip through a full digital preview of every page before checkout. Take your time — the preview is free and unlimited.

Every book includes a free dedication page where you can write a personal message up to 300 characters. You can also choose a ready-made message from our library if you'd like a little inspiration.

Our personalisation tool lets you pick skin tone, hair colour, hair style, eye colour and glasses to match your child as closely as possible. Every story is illustrated to celebrate every child.

Always. Photos are used solely to create your order and are never shared, sold or used in marketing. You can request permanent deletion of your uploads at any time from your account settings.

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days once your order leaves production. Express delivery is 2–3 business days. Because every item is made to order, please allow 1–2 additional production days before shipment.

Yes, we ship to over 60 countries. International delivery times vary from 7 to 14 business days depending on destination. Any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $50 within the United States. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.99. International and express rates are calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also view live tracking from the My Orders section inside your account at any time.

Because each book, sticker pack and t-shirt is made uniquely for you, we cannot accept returns for personalised items unless they arrive damaged or contain a printing error. In those cases we'll happily reprint or refund.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer — within one business day.

Yes. Our t-shirts are printed using high-quality fade-resistant inks on soft organic cotton. Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Tumble dry low to keep the prints vibrant wash after wash.

Size exchanges are available on non-personalised t-shirts within 30 days of delivery. For personalised designs, please double-check our size chart on the product page before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear on your statement.
